Recently, the customers of many building companies reject increasingly standard white profiles in favor of colored window and door assemblies, especially profiles decorated in wooden style. In addition, and not least, the plastic profile decorated in wooden style is much more durable and cheap than wooden one. For this purpose, the color PVC profile or vignetted material are used.

The profile matting (lamination) consists in application of special multilayer films with the embossed surface on the PVC profile surface. Using a film following the texture and color of fine wood, one can cardinally change the decorative appearance of the KBE.

The profile lamination process is as follows: the film is applied on the finished profile surface by means of special method providing a maximum strength joint. The glue layer melts in the course of the film application and connects the film and profile surfaces forming the homogeneous structure. At will of the customer, the profile can be supplied with one-sided lamination (on the outside or on the inside) or with double-sided lamination (on the outside and on the inside). In this process, the films made by firm RENOLIT are used.
