The PVC window profile of KBE brand is only made at the company’s own plants in Berlin and Voskresensk (since 2000). The absolute identity of the KBE systems made in Berlin and Voskresensk is confirmed by the Gosstroy (the Russian Federation State Committee for Construction, Architectural and Housing Policy). The Gosstroy of Russia fixed, in the letter of August 14, 2002, absolute identity of the German profile systems of KBE made at these plants.

Since 2004, the KBE PVC window profile is produced by the greenline technology which allowed to exclude an environmentally damaging lead from the PVC composition. Windows made of such profile better withstand the bad weather and are longer-lived in the aggressive atmosphere. The tests showed that the “KBE greenline” profiles do not change their properties within at least 40 years of service. In addition, new technologies offer the aesthetic advantages to the KBE windows because, of the surfaces of profile made by the “greenline” technology, the steadfast dull luster is characteristic.
