General

The yield of foam  RUD 65 is up to 65 liters. The solidified foam is possessed of excellent sound insulation as well as resistance to moisture, fungi and mold. The solidified foam may be cut, grinded, plastered and painted. The foam provides an excellent adhesion to the most building materials: brick, metal, cement, plaster, wood, polystyrene, PVC profile, glass and solidified polyurethane.

Mounting of window frames and door apertures. Insulation of tubes and electric wirings. Insulation of various building materials. Filling of holes and gaps in the walls. Fastening of building materials to concrete, plaster. Fastening and heat insulation of wall panels, corrugated roofing sheets etc.

Surface preparation
The working surface should be thoroughly cleaned and degreased. Bring the cylinder to room temperature. Before application, shake the cylinder not less than 10 times. Remove the safety cap and screw on the cylinder to a gun.
Application.
In the course of use, hold the cylinder upside-down. The cracks should be filled to 70% of their depths (foam expands after application). The cracks wider than 5 cm should be filled little by little, in layers. The excesses of foam should be cut with a knife after solidification. When foam hardens completely, it should be protected against the effect of ultraviolet rays using a sealant, plaster or paint.
Attention! Quick cut or processing of unset foam can be a cause of irreversible changes in its structure and degradation of performance characteristics.

The improved formula of foam provides an excellent withstanding and distribution of the loads. The foam does not burn because it is possessed of the higher fire resistance (class B2).

• Apply personal protective equipment.
• Avoid contact with skin. In case of eye contact rinse your eyes in plenty of water and consult a doctor.
• After drying, the foam does not pose a hazard to health.
• Work in the ventilated room. Inhalation toxicity.
• Within the working zone, one cannot smoke or work with equipment that can cause an initiation of open flame, sparks or risk of fire. It is prohibited to disperse the product on the flame or incandescent things.

• Not store under the direct sunbeams or at temperature of higher than +50.
• Empty cylinder can not be opened or burned.

Подготовка поверхности.
Рабочую поверхность тщательно очистить и обезжирить. Довести баллон до комнатной температуры. Перед использованием встряхнуть баллон не менее 10 раз. Снять защитный колпачок и прикрутить баллон к пистолету.
Применение.
Во время использования держать баллон вверх дном. Щели заполнять приблизительно на 70% их глубины (пена увеличивается в объеме после нанесения). Щели шире 5 см. заполнять постепенно, слоями. Излишки пены срезать ножом после застывания. Когда пена полностью отвердеет, её необходимо защитить от воздействия ультрафиолетовых лучей герметиком, штукатуркой или краской.
Внимание! Быстрое срезание или обработка не застывшей пены может стать причиной необратимых изменений в её структуре и ухудшения технических показателей.
Меры предосторожности:

Срок и условия хранения:

Срок хранения – 18 месяцев с даты производства в сухом прохладном месте в заводской упаковке и вдали от источников огня. Температура хранения: от + 5°С до + 30°С (кратковременно до - 5°С). Чтобы избежать забивания клапана отвердевшей пеной, рекомендуется хранить баллон в вертикальном положении.

Foam Tytan

The foam Tytan is a product of the new generation of the professional polyurethane foam. Thanks to the innovation technique, Tytan O2 does not give off the toxic vapors of isocyanates and, hereupon, is harmless for the respiratory system. The yield of foam is up to 65 liters. Has the unique formula which provides an excellent withstanding and distribution of the loads, acoustic insulation of up to 61 dB and stability on shear. The foam is resistant to moisture and mold and a cylinder is equipped with new valve that prevents a leakage of gases. When expanding, the foam does not deform the structures.
Minimum time for processing of the foam Tytan is about 30 minutes.

Range of application

The foam is designed for mounting of windows and doors, filling of cracks, thermo- and sound-insulation, joining and sealing in the carcass construction as well as other construction and erecting works.
