Locks Winkhaus of STV system

Multipoint lock STV, in the closed position, the "bills" catch on counterparts of the frame and are not thrown out of engagement with the use of breaking accessories. All of multipoint locks can be equipped with latch-roller or electrical hook.

Advantages of STV system locks:
- Pivoted crossbar (locking bar) with rear hook. Strong turned bolt STV made of pressed brass not only enters deeply a locking bar but, at the same time, presses it to bolt rod which prevents a breaking of door panel at attempt of home invasion.
- Adjustment of retaining pressure in engagement. A conical form of pivoted crossbar and adjuster of retaining pressure in engagement provide easy bolt opening and closing irrespective of the door system tolerances.
- Through locking bar on the frame. A load is uniformly distributed on the whole bar of frame. This bar is through and, as a result, a bolt can be assembled by even nonexpert.
- Reliable design of the lock. Metallic powder gears withstanding heavy loads guarantee a durability of the lock. A lock is closed by two turns of a key. The pivoted crossbars are firmly blocked and can not be displaced. The lock provides reliable protection against fitting of keys and fake keys.
- Steel bolt and pocket. Bolt and pocket made of nickel-clad steel provide for the door anti-burglar interlocking devices Winkhaus Technik necessary strength in the centre of the door.
- Easiness of shooting a key. Mechanical device STV provides an absence of some mechanical load on bit of a key when a lock is closed. Thus, a key is easily inserted into the door lock cylinder at any position of the lock.

Galvanized steel closed body with a hole for standard profile cylinder. The roller latch and locking bolt are metallic and nickel-plated and the locking bolt is shifted for 20mm with a single turn of the key.

Lock cylinders
Our company offers both simplest lock cylinders of the "ECO" company (Germany) and cylinders of "Winkhaus" firm characterized by high secrecy. The types of lock cylinders produced by the firm differ in the number of possible individual combinations, protection class and functionality. One can identify four basic types of the lock cylinders: AZ, VS, VS6 and Titan. They are used both for security assurance and creation of branched organizational structures – “Master-Key” systems. Such systems not only protect, to the fullest extent, the rooms against penetration from outside but also are applied for the internal accessing to the objects. It is a system of central cylinder, system of group key and system of general key.
The locking systems of shut-off and access control systems "Winkhaus" differ by high accuracy and functionality. Different shapes of cylinders (for example, with a handle) and their functions (for example, lock cylinder opening synchronously on both sides or cylinder with function of emergency key allowing to open it from outside when a key was inserted from within) are able to satisfy most exacting client. All lock cylinders were certified and recognized by GOST (State Standard).
