TheКТ – system of universal hinges for the PVC doors characterized by the modern design, reliability of structure and ease of installation. All the hinges of the КТ system have the following characteristic features:
- The hinge body is made of the extruded aluminium
- All screws come with supplied set
- Non-corrosive, wear-free hinged element made of the high-quality special aluminum alloy
- Unlubricated and maintenance-free hinged joint bushing made of teflon-containing plastic
- All hinged and guide elements have no “play”
- Individual parts are reliably fastened in the hinge body components – there are no problems while in shipment and installation of doors
- The hinged member may be demounted without dismantling of the door leaf
- For all conventional ranges, a leaf pressing is 15 to 20 mm
- Adjustment in three planes
- All adjustments can be performed by one person without dismantling of the door leaf
- In-built burglar retardant system without additional components

Characteristics:
- Maximum load of door: up to 120 kg.
- Side (lateral) adjustment + 10 mm / - 5 mm
- Height adjustment from zero position + 5 mm / - 1 mm
- Clamping force adjustment + - 0.75 mm
- Additional adjustment of clamping + - 0.5 mm
- A hinge is equipped with burglar retardant pin 8x28 mm for safety improving.
