Windowsills PVC
 The RTD windowsill coated with decorative PVC film
PVC windowsill with vertical stiffeners provides a high strength at different loads (impact, deflection, pressure).
The surfaces of RTD stools are laminated by the decorative PVC films. The special films Imawell, Renolit and Elesgo DTS are used.
Technical characteristics:
Base – polyvinylchloride (PVC), density 1.38 g/cm3;
Vicat softening point – not less than 75°С;
Incombustible (self-extinguishing);
Heat conductivity coefficient – 0.16 W/m°С;
Water absorption – from 0.03% to 0.4% a day.
Coating – high-quality PVC film
Thickness – 200 microns;
Ultimate strength MD >=25 N/mm2;
Elongation at rupture MD =< 70%;
Resistance to painting – 5th degree by DIN 54021;

In order to avoid damages, scratches and dirtying during stocking, transportation and installation, each RTD windowsill has a coating based on film for time protection of surface which is easily removed after installation. The protective coating covers the whole windowsill from front side to front side and additional polyethylene package guarantees the high quality and preservation of surface.
